What is your return policy?
Here at MSV, all items in our shop are authentic vintage. Due to the nature of vintage, all pieces are preowned, 20-100 years old and one-of-a-kind.
Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, we do offer an exchange policy.
What is your exchange policy?
If your item doesn’t work out, we offer store credit only, under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for store credit.

What if Id like to try on before purchasing?
You can schedule a private shopping experience specifying the items in the intake form. Please note, this does not guarantee the items will be held for you.
How does shipping fluctuate if I
purchase multiple items?
Each item has a set shipping price listed in the intake form when purchasing. If you purchase multiple items, shipping will be discounted. This discount will vary based on weight and size of package. Please pay the total amount for your items and shipping. Once weight and package size have been determined, a refund will be sent back to you of your excess shipping payment.
How long is shipping after I order?
Processing Time:
-Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 4-6 business days.
-Business days are Monday through Thursday and do not include weekends or holidays.
-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.
Packaging:
-All garments are carefully folded and shipped in polymailer envelopes to ensure lightweight, eco-concious delivery.
-Some delicate or bulkier items may be shipped in boxes at our discretion.
Shipping Time & Carriers:
-All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Advantage depending on weight and destination.
-Delivery timelines typically range from 2-7 business days once shipped (U.S. Orders).
-MSV is not responsible for any shipment delays once the package is in the carriers hands.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
-Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. MSV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packaged once your order is fulfilled.
-If you encounter a shipping issue, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.

We have the right to refuse service to anybody. Please approach our space with respect.
